The training course on “New points of the Labour Code 2019”

On December 11, at Thien An Hotel, Quang Ngai City, Dung Quat Economic Zone and Quang Ngai Industrial Parks Authority (DEZA) held a training course on Labor Code No. 45/2019 / QH14 - Effective Jan 01, 2021.

Attending the training course were leaders of DEZA, Dung Quat Economic Zone and Quang Ngai Industrial Park Trade Union; representatives of the departments, divisions and units under DEZA together with personnel managers, trade unions, etc in Dung Quat EZ and Quang Ngai Industrial Park.

At the training course, Master Le Minh Nhut - Legal consultant for businesses from Ho Chi Minh City presented the new points of the Labor Code No. 45/2019 / QH14 dated 20/11/2019 takes effect from January 1, 2021 with many important amendments and supplements compared to the 2012 Labor Code.
