On the afternoon of November 15, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Tran Hoang Tuan chaired the announcement ceremony to anounce the appointment of Mr. Tran Van Man and Mr. Nguyen Hai Truong to hold the positions of Chairman and Vice Chairman of Dung Quat Economic Zone and Quang Ngai Industrial Parks Authority, respectively.

During the announcement ceremony, Ta Cong Dung, the Director of the Department of Home Affairs, revealed the decisions made by the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee regarding personnel changes. Mr. Tran Van Man, a member of the Provincial Party Committee and Director of the Department of Construction, will be transferred to DEZA as Chairman for a term of 5 years, effective November 15, 2024. Additionally, Mr. Nguyen Hai Truong, currently the Head of the General Planning Department of DEZA, will assume the role of Vice Chairman for the same duration, starting on November 15, 2024.

Mr. Tuan stated that Mr. Tran Van Man and Nguyen Hai Truong are highly trained, have held various positions, and possess extensive experience in management and leadership; thus, they will effectively accomplish the assigned tasks. The leaders of the Provincial People's Committee hope that Mr. Man and Mr. Truong will quickly approach the new tasks, promote their capacity, and unite with all officers of DEZA to successfully complete the assigned tasks.

Speaking at the ceremony, the new chairman, Tran Van Man, thanked the provincial leaders for their attention and trust in assigning the task. He promised to continue to make efforts with DEZA to promote the spirit of solidarity and to carry out the assigned tasks with high quality and efficiency.

Mr. Tran Van Man (born 1973) is from Hanh Thinh commune (Nghia Hanh District). He holds a Master of Business Administration, is a construction engineer, and has advanced training in political theory and administration. Prior to becoming Chairman of DEZA, he served as Vice Chairman, Chairman of the People's Committee of Mo Duc District, Secretary of the Mo Duc District Party Committee, Head of the Provincial Ethnic Committee, and Director of the Department of Construction.

Mr. Nguyen Hai Truong, born in 1983 in Duc Minh commune (Mo Duc District), is a Master of Public Administration and building engineer who has worked at DEZA since 2008.
