According to Dung Quat Economic Zone and Quang Ngai Industrial Parks Authority (DEZA), in 2024 there will be 11 enterprises in Dung Quat Economic Zone and Quang Ngai Industrial Parks (including: Whitex Textiles Industries Co., Ltd., Hoa Phat Dung Quat Steel Joint Stock Company, Happy Furniture Company Limited (Vietnam), Hoa Tho Quang Ngai Garment Factory - Branch of Hoa Tho Textile and Garment Joint Stock Corporation, Dung Quat shipbuilding industry company ltd., Millennium Furniture Co., Ltd, Toray International Vietnam Company Limited - Quang Ngai Branch, Hao Hung Long An Company Limited in Quang Ngai, Hoyalens Vietnam Company Limited, Thuyen Nguyen Trading Import-Export Company Limited, Properwell Vietnam Company Limited) needs to recruit 9,600 job positions, with salaries depending on the job position, ranging from 5 million - 15 million VND/month or according to agreement and related policies.

Of the 9,600 job positions to be filled, there are 3,520 position in the following industries and fields: management, design, technology, automation, operations, safety, mechanics, electricity, maintenance, sales, Chinese interpreter and 6,080 positions for unskilled workers.

Enterprises in VSIP Quang Ngai needs to recruit more than 2,950 laborers in 2024.

To create conditions for citizens in Quang Ngai province to find suitable jobs and support businesses in recruiting workers, DEZA coordinated with the Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs, and the Provincial Youth Union to organize the "First Job Fair" day - Xuan Giap Thin" on February 24, 2024, at Dien Hong Children's Activity Center (Address: No. 60-662 Hung Vuong, Quang Ngai city); at the same time, DEZA sent documents to relevant localities and units providing full information about the recruitment needs of businesses to coordinate notification to people, students, and graduates, demobilized soldiers, union members, etc., in order to find job opportunities.
